We are going through an incredibly busy period at the moment and as a result we have made the decision to hold any new account applications until January 2020 for businesses who trade solely online, if you trade solely online please can we ask that you apply in the new year. Bespoke projects for all customers have now been put on hold until the New Year.
We will endeavour to answer all queries from physical stores within 2 weeks. We check every address to ensure we don’t open any new accounts who are too close to our existing customers. If you are aware that there is already another shop selling our products who is close by in most cases we will not be able to issue an account.
